Removal of existing lawn and replaced with new grass (sod).

We roto-till the existing lawn and remove all grass and roots. Extra soil is added if necessary and then leveled and rolled flat. New sod is laid and cut by hand to all edges.

Roto-tiller, wheelbarrows, hand tools (rakes, shovels, etc.)

All sod must be measured in person and then quoted, either in person or by respond call or email.   Prices can vary from $200 for a very small area of re-sodding to multiple thousand dollars for full front and back properties.

Sod jobs can either be officially invoiced with tax added, or if the client doesn’t need an invoice, they can pay cash to avoid paying tax.

Sod can be laid as soon as the sod farms start producing it every spring, generally the beginning of May, and can be laid all season up until the end of October.
